You will be able to draw more attention to people if you participate and contribute to these social circles. More people means more traffic, and traffic is something that you will really want to have in your blog.
Blogging income does not come around easily. There must always be an element of freshness in your blog. You can always use PLR contents if you run out of creative juices because remember if you are able to update your blog as often as possible with a dose of patience and determination, then time would come that you will receive big bucks with your blogging efforts.
